See have combined real estate brokerage experience of 68 years.
James V. See, Jr. (Jim) is President and owner of Jim See Realty,
Inc., Realtors, and has been active in the real estate business
since 1978. His expertise is in the area of citrus and large acreage
brokerage, and citrus management.
The See's were reared in the heart of the citrus belt in Hardee
County, Florida. They and their families have been citrus grove
owners for many years.
James V. See, Jr. graduated from Florida State University in 1969
with a B.S. degree in Accounting and Criminology. In 1972 he received
his M.A. in Counseling from the University of South Florida in Tampa.
In his undergraduate work at Florida State University most of his
elective courses were in business related areas including finance,
risk and insurance, Federal taxes, cost accounting, auditing, and
business management. He is also a State-Certified General Appraiser
(license No. RZ0000755), and is licensed to appraise all types of
real estate in Florida.
Both Jim and Vernon See were exclusive buying brokers for Mobil
Oil Corporation for 18 years, and currently work extensively with
Cargill Fertilizer, Inc. which acquired the Mobil Oil Corporation
phosphate holdings in Florida.
Since 1996, Jim has been managing approximately
5,300 acres of citrus in St. Lucie and Martin Counties, Florida,
owned by Riverland and Indian Sun, L.C.
Jim See Realty, Inc. provides citrus buyers and sellers with a
detailed 10-year financial projection predicting the economic feasibility
of the investment. The projection demonstrates anticipated cash
flow, income tax treatment and three types of return on investment:
capitalization rate, cash on cash return, and internal rate of return.
